Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
K&C Diamonds ships domestically and internationally. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for undeliverable or misdelivered items due to incorrect information.

2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days depend upon design (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

4. Shipping Fees & Duties:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. K&C Diamonds is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We ensure all shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

7. Signature Requirement:
For security purposes, all orders over 1 Lakh INR require a signature upon delivery.
